This week on AZAAZ we answered: ❓The Questions❓ 💬 1. Does it make sense to restrict developers to the CRM sandbox? It would be easier restricting them from seeing NDA restricted data. But would it make life difficult because of other restrictions this might imply? 💬 2. I am wondering why Zoho Books is always described as software for small businesses? No mention of mid-size and enterprise business. Could you elaborate on the possible problems of Zoho [...] as a company scales to higher levels? 💬 3. I’m curious to know why Zenatta chose to use circle.so for Club Zenatta, rather than one of the Zoho products like Desk’s community feature, or Zoho Connect’s external network.  💬 4. I am in the process of setting up Zoho Projects. I believe it is a good fit but some areas I was missing seem to be showing up in FSM: scheduling of technicians in the field and integration of products/inventory from Books. Then we have to service these clients for years after and upgrade their systems as time goes on and FSM and/or Desk might be better. Trying to understand where Projects should be utilized, now FSM, and even Desk.
