Should AI be allowed in job applications?

AI could be “disrupting” students’ views on their skills and the ability of employers to accurately assess them, according to the Institute of Student Employers. Their recent study shows that around half of employers polled are concerned that graduates might be using artificial intelligence to misrepresent their abilities.
