Changes driven by climate change, and regional competition and militarization have increased over the past decade, with Russia being a dominant player in the Arctic. Katarzyna Zysk, Professor of International Relations at the Norwegian Institute for Defense Studies (IFS), joins Sea Control to discuss current security trends in the Arctic.
