4 Underage Drunk College Girls & 1 Crashed CarOn February 4, 2024, the University of Toledo Campus Police responded to a motor vehicle accident involving property damage. Officers observed a vehicle that became disabled after jumping a curb. The vehicle was occupied by 4 women who were all under 21 years of age. They claimed to be coming from "Arnie's Toledo", a bar near the University. The 19-year-old driver admitted to consuming alcohol, so she was asked to perform standardized field sobriety tests. At the conclusion of the tests, she was arrested for Operating a Vehicle Impaired (OVI). She was transported to the University Police Station, where she submitted to an evidential breath test. The result was 0.17% BAC.
